Martini is such a loved member of our family. He seemed comfortable straight away – only hid under a bed for about 10 minutes and then came out and joined us and has been all cuddles and licks ever since.
We had to change his name, though. Because it felt like the children were asking for drinks all the time! So we call him Rudy, and he doesn’t seem to mind.
He has been to the vet on the Statenlaan as we noticed after the first week that he had started limping. So he was given some medication and has made a good recovery. We think he was getting used to all the playing and jumping off the furniture! We really do love him very much and are so grateful to have him in our home.
